• The course fee must be paid prior to course commencement.
  • The course fee includes the Skype lesson, the home assignments, the correction of these assignments and the notes of the teacher;
  • Books or other material are not included in the course fee.
  • Lessons can be rescheduled or cancelled up to 24 hours beforehand;
  • Cancellation must be in written form by email;
  • Please note that for any rescheduling or cancellation after that time, you will be charged in full for that lesson;
  • In case of a bad Skype connection, the lesson can be rescheduled without extra costs;
  • The lessons must be carried out within six months after signing the enrolment form.
  • For participants (consumers) a reflection period of at least 14 days applies. This reflection period also applies if the participant books the course and the company or employer pays for it. If the company concludes the contract, there is no reflection period.
  • The course can be cancelled up to 48 hours before the first lesson. After this time, the full course fee will be charged.
  • Any refunds will be made within two weeks;
  • The Dutchess will not share any confidential information that is given during the course with third parties
  • All materials that are used during training are protected by a copyright and may therefore not in any form be duplicated without the explicit permission of the author(s). It is not allowed to use teaching materials or to put them entirely or partly, in some way or another at a third party’s disposal.
